I’m a woman deeply rooted in family, guided by love, and fueled by a passion for helping others live their most authentic, purpose-filled lives. My journey into healing and transformational work began with a heartfelt desire to serve — to help others reconnect with their higher selves, unlock their inner wisdom, and live a life aligned with their soul’s true calling.
My work is inspired not only by the people I meet but also by the beauty and wisdom found in nature, animals, and the everyday magic of life itself. I believe we are all deeply connected — to each other, to the Earth, and to the energy that flows through all living things. This connection is what grounds me and brings deeper meaning to everything I do.
I am professionally trained in several powerful healing and coaching modalities, including Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), Soul Progression Hypnosis, and Reiki energy healing. As a certified life coach, I also offer Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC) to help you shift limiting beliefs, release what no longer serves you, and create a mindset that supports your personal growth and joy.
